Thank you for using AMEV. These Terms & Conditions (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of the AMEV website and any related mobile or software applications (collectively, the “Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms, forming a legally binding contract with AMEV (“We,” “Us,” or “Our”). If you do not accept these Terms, you may not use the Platform or its services.
These Terms apply to all users, including browsers, customers, and contributors of content on the Platform. Your use of the Platform is also governed by our Privacy Policy, available on the Platform. We may update these Terms periodically without notice, so please review them regularly. In case of any conflict between these Terms and other policies on the Platform, these Terms will prevail.
AMEV provides a platform for users to access services, which may include browsing content, purchasing products, or engaging with features offered by AMEV or its partners. Services are subject to availability and may vary by region.
You must be competent to contract under the Indian Contract Act, 1872 to use the Platform. Minors under 18 may use the Platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian who agrees to these Terms. If acting on behalf of an entity, you warrant that you are authorized to accept these Terms, and both you and the entity are jointly liable for any violations.
You agree to use the Platform in compliance with these Terms and applicable laws, ensuring no violation of AMEV’s or third-party rights.
To access certain services, you must register and maintain accurate account details. You consent to receiving communications, including promotional messages, from AMEV, with options to opt out via settings or links provided in such communications. We may collect personal information (e.g., name, email, phone number) as outlined in our Privacy Policy.
“Content” includes reviews, images, videos, and other data. “Your Content” refers to material you upload or share, while “Our Content” is created by AMEV. “Third Party Content” originates from parties other than AMEV or its users.
You grant AMEV a perpetual, worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use Your Content for any purpose, including partnerships. You warrant that Your Content is original, does not infringe third-party rights, and complies with our guidelines and laws.
AMEV owns all intellectual property rights in the Platform and Our Content, including copyrights, trademarks, and other proprietary rights. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to use Our Content for personal, non-commercial purposes as permitted by these Terms. Unauthorized use may result in termination of access and legal action.

Feedback you provide becomes AMEV’s property, and we may use it without restriction. We do not accept unsolicited ideas to avoid disputes, and any submissions become our property without compensation.
The Platform may include third-party content or links. AMEV is not responsible for the accuracy, legality, or quality of such content. Your use of third-party services is subject to their terms and policies.
AMEV is not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental damages. Our maximum liability is limited to INR 5,000. You use the Platform at your own risk, and AMEV does not warrant the accuracy of services or third-party content.
You agree to indemnify AMEV against claims arising from your use of the Platform, violation of these Terms, or infringement of third-party rights.
AMEV may terminate your access to the Platform for any reason, including non-compliance with these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Certain provisions, including intellectual property and indemnity, survive termination.
These Terms are governed by Indian law, with exclusive jurisdiction in the courts of New Delhi.
